The information we give you will be an estimate based on the inquiry date. Once a claim has been submitted and an ERA (the explanation from a health plan to a provider about a claim payment) for services provided, we will have a better idea of the accuracy of this information. Sometimes we may need to adjust your rate or resolve any cost differences for prior sessions. We encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your “mental health, outpatient, office visit” benefits (ask for “in-network benefits” if your insurance is a commercial Aetna or Cigna plan).
