What issues do you specialize in treating?
We focus on trauma, relationship challenges, affair recovery, and sexual wellness. We also provide support for anxiety, depression, and life transitions, particularly for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
How do I know if Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is right for me?
KAP is often recommended for individuals with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, or trauma that hasn't improved with traditional therapy alone. During an initial consultation, we'll help determine if KAP aligns with your goals and medical history.
What is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and how does it work?
IFS is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand and heal the different "parts" of yourself, the protective parts, the wounded parts, and the resilient core of who you are. It's especially powerful for trauma and self-connection.
Do you work with couples experiencing infidelity?
Yes. We specialize in affair recovery, helping couples rebuild trust, navigate painful emotions, and create new patterns of connection.
Are your sessions confidential?
Absolutely. We adhere to strict professional and legal standards for confidentiality to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Do you accept insurance or are you private pay?
We are primarily a private-pay practice, which allows for flexible, personalized care. However, we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if your insurance offers that benefit.
Do you offer both in-person and virtual sessions?
Yes. We provide in-person therapy at our Indianapolis and New York City locations, as well as secure telehealth for clients throughout Indiana, New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
